The Giver - Lois Lowry This is an amazing book. I saw it in our school library many times and didn't think I was interested. When I finally read it, I couldn't believe I waited so long. A classic, amazing dystopian novel. Lowry gets her point across in such a low key way. This book affected me in ways that most modern dystopian novels never could. I LOVED IT!!
